At D.O.P.E. INC, we believe today’s youth are tomorrow’s change agents—and we’re dedicated to developing them with purpose, identity, and excellence. Founded by Prophetess CeCe Sillemon Williams and co-visionary Elder Dwalan Williams, D.O.P.E. INC is a Christ-centered youth empowerment initiative under the umbrella of IVIBE BEAUTY INC.

Together, CeCe and Dwalan bring a powerful blend of prophetic insight and practical wisdom. CeCe leads with a passion for healing, self-worth, and spiritual restoration, while Elder Dwalan Williams brings a strong background in coaching, teaching, and personal development, with years of experience mentoring youth and helping them unlock their full potential. As a husband-and-wife team, their mission is deeply rooted in love, accountability, and God’s truth.

To disciple, educate, and empower youth through intentional, Christ-centered programming that nurtures their full well-being—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. We are committed to helping youth overcome challenges, embrace self-care, and discover their God-given identity.

Serving youth ages 12–17, D.O.P.E. INC creates safe, supportive spaces through workshops, mentorship, and signature events like the annual DOPE Day Out. We’re raising up a generation that reflects purpose, excellence, and the heart of Christ in all they do.
